THE SUPERPOWER

To stumble across a superpower would be both a blessing and a curse in my opinion. The curse would be to learn you were unique and how to harness said power. Then a question would arise on weather to flaunt it or keep it a secret and use it only in the dark of night.

And have mercy on my mind as to what costume I would need to don while using that power. Would I have to find a telephone booth to change in? Maybe just a snap of the fingers and poof, I’m instantly dressed and ready.

THE WISH

Wish in one hand and shit in the other, find out which one fills up first. Wishes do come true every once in a while though, So… if I had to wish for a superpower I think it would be a subtle power that could or would be used without a lot of fanfare, something that wouldn’t cause chaos in the streets, no sudden explosions of fire but rather an explosion of thought.

THE WHY

To promote peace and love over hate and conflict.

THE FINAL OUTCOME

After writing this I’ve come to realize I already have a superpower just like we all do. It is hidden inside us and only used with the understanding of what we possess. We don’t belong to the Justice League where we meet in secret but in the WordPress World where we fling our powers into the world of words. And yes I have a costume donned and ready.
