Twenty years is a long time in the realm of technology. Since I feel that we are moving into the Jetson’s age rather quickly the possibilities are endless and probably unimaginable as to what the world will be like in 2046.
Will it be like George’s world where we just stand on conveyors and talk to personal robots? Hell, we already do with elevator muzic in the background. (think LAX) No, I think Terminator is more of a possibility for our reality.
Well that was all kind of depressing and sad wasn’t it? Let me regress.
I think the technology that will still be kicking around twenty years from now will be one that has been here since 1879. The lightbulb. I would also hope if I’m still alive and kicking that a good cup of java will be available.
