In what? In general, in life, in the moment? The back door is wide open with this prompt and the flies are coming in.
I am seeking security in my next adventure, how’s that? Makes perfect sense to me to want security in all adventures I partake in.
I have been on many of an adventure that resembled a high wire act without a net on this journey and believe this my friends, “it might be a long way to the top if you wanna rock & roll” but gravity sucks and coming down is usually fast and hard.
As I ease into the golden years, sometimes I think having security in life is a myth or maybe a delusion of false comfort we wrap around ourselves to prevent the mind melt of the reality that we are not really in control.
Passing through this life, security wasn’t on the high priorities list and adventures ruled my direction. This was all good for a young gyspy to have which brought many of good times and memories for a life filled with dreams.
As I sit on the porch and remanence of the past I look into the future and long for security these days. The adventures I go on now are of the virtual type instead of physically wandering and yes security plays a more dominant part in these travels. Not just the protection of identity theft but the future of my health, the economy, and the world as a whole has me longing to be secure. So in the end, I am seeking an adventure that makes me feel alive with the security of a peaceful mind.
