What does freedom mean to you?

Is this the only way to support freedom ? HELL TO THE NO! but it is an important one to many.

FREEDOM OF CHOICE

In 1974 I became a freedom fighter. I joined Normol.org and began a lifelong battle with the federal government to abolish the unjust marijuana laws in America.

I was a lost teenager that wanted peace and love to be the main attraction in life. Enjoying anything in life should be a free choice as long as it doesn’t hurt or effect others. This to me is freedom.

Did I achieve said freedom? Not really, it took over forty years to see some states start to lighten up on this law, all the while imprisoning citizens for enjoying a natural plant that is beneficial to the human race. Today, over 45% of drug related arrests are for marijuana infractions. 45%! crazy.

This is a result of freedom given to a filthy few that could control the masses with corrupt laws. Don’t believe me? Look up the name A.J. Anslinger [our first drug czar] and see how corrupt power took over the land in the 1930’s.

From the National Archives – On the night of 16 December 1773, 340 chests of tea were destroyed in Boston Harbour, an event that has gone down in history as the Boston Tea Party. This political and mercantile protest was one of the key events in the lead up to the American Revolutionary War and, ultimately, American freedom.

‘A group of misfits’ wanted freedom from overburdening taxes [Sound familiar?] and bucked the government process of England, giving the United States ‘controlled freedom’.

Many people think they live free in this world but true freedom is not living how other people think you should live, this is controlled freedom. Do we need controlled freedom, yes to a point.

Common sense should prevail on this but as an incompetent race we can not handle complete freedom. That’s right, no where in the world of man can complete freedom be found, why?

EVIL, that is the only thing that prevents us from total love, peace and yes freedom. Evil however, is a necessary thing to complete the cycle of life. For every positive there has to be a negative right? right………

So with that being something we can agree on, the positive is that we can believe in the false security we currently regard as freedom in the US while the negative aspect is that we blindly follow fools into the darkness thinking we are free.
