Gratitude

I am trying to wake up this morning and after my first cup of soul soothing Starbucks and my emails were being indulged in I head over to Reader and one of the first places I landed was John Holton’s The Sound of One Hand Typing

John has a great site featuring some of the sounds that have stood through the test of time. His site is one that I eagerly look forward to every day. He offers up a fine variety of tunes with different genres .

He also closes with some of the coolest commercials of past days which are very enjoyable. Go give John a visit and reminisce to the songs you grew up listening to.

Another sweet site to find songs that resonate with me is across the pond at Cliveblogs, Skipping across the pond is worth the click, believe me.

On a little harder note, give FoxReviewsRock a click, a site that offers up polls which are fun to get in on. They also offer up some newer genres of sound and a fun new little gem of guess who. This site is fun to go to too.

I want to thank this trio of sites for giving us some fine music every day.

Since I am on the gratitude go-cart I will cruise by Ingram Sparks and offer them many thanks for the great support they provide me while my altered mind tries to get the first book right. They have been extremely patient and supportive of my efforts.

I received yet another e-proof of my book and after having one printed out I found that I had my Table of Contents titles set at different font sizes 10/8 respectively. Ok not really bummed out anymore on having to go back and re-work it. It has become a habit and even though it gets me down , I now don’t get upset. I am very close to having it ready to offer for sale which brings a bright ray of much needed sunlight on my efforts.

I will not have a long campaign of marketing but hey, that’s cool as long I can hit the date I wanted to publish it on. I will post more info after the next submission as I’m thinking it will be the last one needed before making it available.

As I lift off into another Starbuck fueled sunrise I offer the most gratitude I can to my savior.

And to the family member whose email came in this morning, all I can offer up is send her this, it might explain it to her, love ya.

or this one should help you explain it to her.

P.S. A Giant thank you to all my friends on WordPress, you are a true blessing in my life and I enjoy reading your posts and comments which make for an enjoyable life.
