A support ticket without AI help

I have asked WordPress about changing a profile picture on reader and why no one can click on my picture to subscribe to my site and get the same response every time, “It works fine for us”. will it doesn’t work for me or others as I get questions daily about not being able to find my site or join it.

I tried to get a picture of a support ticket to post here this morning and this is what AI came up with.

So is it me? I know I have had trouble with WP blocks when setting this site up and overcame many of those dreaded stumbling blocks I piss and moan about, but with the constant replay button stuck on daily prompts and answers repeating on support tickets I really wonder if this platform should be name Farcebook South.

Again, having no luck with AI generating my wants today so maybe it is me. This is supposed to be the initials FBS.

REVISED: Support actually gave me directions just now and I think the problem has been solved. So I’m revising my thought on farcebook south.
