I had a Dream

“And no it wasn’t of the promised land but rather of myself as a young pup and the thrill of graduating obedience training class and being able to chase my tail around in circles until somebody threw me a bone. And throw me a bone they did.

After gnawing on this bone for a bit and enjoying the delicious taste of the marrow, it lost its flavor and my interest for a moment but like any good dawg I buried that bone for later reference.

This is where the dream crossed into the dark side. As I aged into a old dawg and time slowed down I started lying on the porch more and more and soon started forgetting where I buried all of those ‘tasty, dirty bones throughout life’s journey. So I started looking around.

This is about the time I woke up needing to find a tree, and decided that since I was awake I might as well start the day;

And this brings us to the now part of my morning. I scanned through reader and found the prompt yet another repeat like a bad sitcom that will not leave the air. coffee is slow to brew my mind into anything resembling a functioning machine so I will close this ramble my friends. Have a great Wednesday and “May all your dawgy treats be coated with love”
