This week, our weekend challenge is the word “Squish”
TTC
Your three words today are:
YOUTH
YESTERDAY
YONDER

In my youth I grew up at the bottom Hillbilly Hill. it was in the center of a mid sized town and in a time when we could wander around town without worrying about much more than having fun. Yesterday thoughts of my childhood flooded in from the past and try as I might I couldn’t squish those memories. One in particular caused my friends to panic and take off over yonder from where I was standing. I was getting ready to show them a temerity by tossing a can of Aqua-net hairspray into a lit burning barrel. It was reckless only if someone walked by when it exploded.
The craziness of my mis-spent youth has been replace with wisdom?, or maybe just maturity. Either way I have found new hobbies and direction in life and find retirement just as enjoyable but not as exciting. I no longer need the thrill of danger but rather enjoy writing about the past, turning it into music and designing videos. So it goes.
