Running around the dawghouse this morning, I felt like a chicken with his head cut off. Coffee worked fine and after getting up at 3:30 am I spent almost six hours finalizing the video Dandy Dawg will present later in this post, with that I turn it over to Dandy.

In todays early morning news the headlines stand out boldly. This shit is crazy. [A dawgs personal bark, strong language warning]

THERE IS A COMPANY OPERATING OUT OF CHINA RIPPING THE MASSES OFF BY STEALING COPYRIGHTS OF AI MATERIAL.

CapCut, an app that advertises a free site to work on videos has a hidden clause in their agreements that give them controlling rights over EVERYTHING loaded into it. This means that any work you do they are trying to claim the rights to it, even if you pay for the service.

So Let’s fight!

The dawghouse has a rabid dawg that will come out if necessary. I think Peaceful Threads has the bases covered as the poem was published almost a year ago on the Dawghouse Blog [1st copywrite] Dawgs book [second copywrite]. After that it was published as a song over at Suno Pro, [3rd copywrite] in tact before CapCut was involved.

The video that was uploaded there was slop at best [the song wasn’t, just the video]. Ernie Dawg then went on to change the video platform that doesn’t resemble the first one at all. Using Canva Pro and Openart via Kling 1.0 Pro, the video was edited, re-formatted and dialed in before moving to YouTube. [4th copywrite].

Ernest has been upfront about using AI in this endeavor since the beginning of his journey. His words are from his heart and trying to rip them off from him is just plain bullshit in dawg terms.

In other news this morning… A new report has surfaced that claims the comet 31/Atlas is in reality a spaceship using the look of a comet to sneak up on earth and destroy us. Any Flat-Earther’s that wish to see this should go to the end of the earth, bend over and kiss your silly ass just for general purposes.

Now to the weather.

It is January in Michigan so the temps are damn cold and the sun isn’t warming shit up. enough said on that.
