What makes a good neighbor?

A good neighbor starts as we are children and making friends, sometimes lasting a lifetime. Remember as a child the kid from the neighborhood that taught you how to curse? Sure you do, Little Karen was of course the one who gave you your first kiss behind the corner store when no one was looking, or was it Bob? The next question is when exactly did Karen or Bob show you how not to be coarse while talking to other neighbors? Maybe it wasn’t either one but rather some parent other than your own that corrected you when you messed up. Anyway I look at it, neighbors when I was growing up could and would influence you in many ways both good and bad.
