Michigan weather is playing havoc on me this year. I can’t seem to get the winter chill out of my bones and it is a rainy & cold day so I’m not sitting on the porch .

Round #66:

Q1 – What would you be doing if you could turn your hobby into a career?

A 1 – Have conniption fits, rant and rave, Hawk my wares on this site…wait a minute, that’s what I’m doing now!

Q2 – Have you ever been friends with a person whose language was not your own?

A2 – Yes, while I lived in Alabama I met ‘Nacho’. Nacho was from, you guessed it, Mexico and couldn’t speak a word of English and I knew nada of Spanish. We would enjoy some beers at night after work and carry on conversations that somehow, we both understood. Sadly to say, he was murdered by his brother on a trip home to visit his mom. RIP Nacho.

Q3 – Have you ever eaten a food that you were convinced was disgusting, only to discover you actually loved it?

A3 – After the first time I tasted turnips I still thought they were disgusting, o wrong answer lol. I guess I’ll go with brains, my dad used to fry them with scrambled eggs when I was a child and although the thought of it seemed disgusting they were actually tasty but that might be the seasons he used.
