My journey began long ago in a place that feels far away now, but it’s brought me here, to my new home .

I’m Ernest Federspiel, the human behind this blog. Since creating ‘The Dawghouse’ in 2024, it has been evolving into Peaceful Threads, a living reflection of thoughts, filled with raw, heartfelt, and often humorous anecdotes from my life travels. My goal is to share the Altered Visions I Experience. A unique place to highlight one man’s journey through a life of constant change.

This is where I unleash my inner self. Whether I’m answering creative writing prompts, sharing poetry, ranting or debuting my latest music projects, I hope to sprinkle a little peace and joy into your day.
