On a cold day in 1893 5000 fans came together in Birmingham Alabama to witness the start of a maddening rivalry, The Iron Bowl . This game was named such as it was played in Birmingham know for it’s industry of iron.

Today brings our season to a close once again on a cold blistery day. Will Alabama show up at home for this classic match up?

It will be Coach DeBoer’s first Iron Bowl, and Hugh Freeze’s first trip to Tuscaloosa with Auburn. The game is scheduled to kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT and will be aired on ABC.

If he has a good running game he usually wins but when he gets shut down running his passing game goes straight in the dumpster. They fall apart.
