Over here at the Dawghouse Diner we offer you three favorite meals from our private menu and not one of them is Alpo in a can.
#1 – Dawgy Brisket. A fourteen to sixteen hour slow cooking rub of pure falling apart animal delight . A smell good attraction of treats for all who are around to enjoy. Arguments over the burnt ends is always fun to watch.
#2 – Spicy Shrimp Etouffee. These little critters are one fine treat for this Dawg. The Creole way of cooking was taught to me outside of Alexander Louisiana by some good lovin’ fun Cajun’s that also taught me the correct way to do a boil. The beauty of this dish is the heat, I can tickle your tongues or burn your tonsils and have you crying for more.
#3 – “Every picture tells a story don’t it”
There you have it my friends. A three way treat, a trifecta of love, a tease for the taste buds.
