Thanx to Kevin @ The Beginning At Last for the stamp.
The year started out looking good. However, after the last couple of weeks, it seems to me that our quarterback has become too comfortable once again. This is evident in his lackluster play.
We are at home this week playing Missouri. They have a 6-1 record and are ranked at #21 and we stand at 5-2 ranked 15th. The game airs at 3:30 p.m. on ESPN. ***This is our homecoming game
Alabama and it’s fans hold the new coach at a high standard and expect to see wins racked up. Announcers and show hosts alike are jumping the gun with not giving coach DeBoer his fair due. He is following the greatest coach in college football. Nick Saban came to Alabama in 2007. He retired last season with a record of 206-29 or .877 average at Alabama. His achievements while in Alabama include 9 SEC championships and 6 National championships and a lifetime record of 292β71β1
Personally I believe DeBoer is a damn fine coach and will settle in great. Fans need to understand we have always been a defensive team and will continue to be so. We are adding offense to our playing ability. Once this is worked out, we will once again be a force to be reckoned with.
Until then, relax have a cook-out and boo Auburn and Ohio. Let’s pay attention to making Milroe play the way he should or bench him for a game like last year. We didn’t lose a game after that until we lost to Michigan in a nail biting finish. Coach Saban lost to coach Harbaugh.
Michigan then defeated Washington in the National championship, who coached Washington, you guessed it, coach DeBoer! Remember this…we had Mike Shula before Nick
So chill the fuck out and enjoy a Saturday of football. ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!
