I don’t know if this post will go up or not. I tried to add a page today and lost all my categories. I don’t know what else happened as I can’t see my home page. Deleted the page I added and now can’t find anything. So if you can see this I will be gone until I get this shit straightened out. If I might have to file a law suit with the Mayor.

    Oooh! The WordPress site itself can be really frustrating. I’m using an old theme for my blog (Penscratch) that doesn’t show up as an option when creating a new blog – there’s a newer version of it (Penscratch 2), but it, or the way WP works in general, is different enough that when trying to help someone set up a blog that’s very similar to mine, I couldn’t figure out how to set up just like how mine is.

    So… I’m nervous about changing anything on my blog, especially with my theme only existing because it’s grandfathered in. Thankfully, I like how my blog looks, and don’t have a reason to want to change anything.

      I’m thinking you do any revisions using classic instead of editor? Those darn blocks don’t work very well and are confusing. Thanx for the reply.

        I used to use classic way back in the day when I made my first WordPress blog, and liked it just fine. I think when I started my current blog, it was also before they introduced blocks and the new editor. I’ve figured out how to use it, but I also remember how it was before, and the changes confuse me. When I did make some small changes about a year ago, I just used editor and didn’t try to go classic at all.

          Using classic is hard to do now, about 15 years ago it was sweet. I’m liking this new idea of building what I need in Canva and uploading it here.

    There’s all kind of glitches going on I’ve gone through in like post like five or six different times and the light gets “unliked”. I’ve lost subscribers. I was subscribed to myself. I even lost myself for a while. It’s weird. There’s some weird stuff going on.

    I see it! Sorry for the troubles. 😫 I wanted to change my theme one time a few months back and I changed it and nothingggggg freakin showed up so I changed that shit right back to my old one pronto! Sorry, wish I had more help to offer. Can you revert back to the original at all?

    We really do need some damn regulation up in this platform!
