Describe a decision you made in the past that helped you learn or grow.

Boy you’d think this would be easy but I stopped to consider what decade I should pick to visit for the answer. Shouldn’t of done dat.

In the mid 90s I was working as a temporary at a 1st tier auto plant making the big $7 an hour. They told me they would offer me full time employment if I decided to go back and get my GED. I averaged 70 hours a week and attending classes when I wasn’t working. I finished that and they had a write up in the local paper about it. I got hired in and became lead with a bump in salary to $18 an hour. This was mid 90s, this decision afforded me growth and learning opportunities.

Wait ! Another growing point was in 2017 when I decided to quit drinking, well now what about 1974 when decisions made me…oh my
